Richard brings over 25 years of experience in health and well-being, with a unique background that bridges both science and holistic care. After beginning his career in research and development within the human health industry, he transitioned into therapeutic massage and bodywork, where he has spent the past 15 years refining his practice.

He is a Registered Shiatsu Therapist (RST) and Certified Massage Therapist, with extensive training in modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal massage, craniosacral therapy, and shiatsu.
